My family has worked with both Erin and Amy at Bayleys. They have been absolutely fantastic property managers. They listen to our requests and are prompt with our rental needs. They have been very easy to work with and have made us feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them!

We had a great experience with Bayleys property management; the service was quick and efficient. I encourage people to use their services because their work ethic was excellent and the tenants they chose were excellent. The property inspections are thorough, so we don't have to go there ourselves. Overall, we recommend them since they relieve our stress.

Would highly recommend them. We found our first rented house through them two years back where we lived till July 2023. Amy Macgregor and Erin McLean were the key people who helped us with that and the process was smooth. Highly appreciate their support.

Had nothing but bad experiences with bayleys: Edit (since you can’t reply to replies) I understand the need to re-secure the property after a break in, but as we discussed earlier, I was not contacted about it, so my property was left unsecured until the window could be repaired. The police were also not contacted, despite Amy MacGregror telling me they had been, so no finger prints were able to be collected. This also interfered with my insurance claim because the lack of an original police report was suspicious to them. Thousands of dollars worth of very personal items are now gone because no police follow up was made. On top of this incident, me and my flat mates were not communicated with by Amy or our previous property manager effectively. Our queries were often ignored, or would get the response that our landlord would follow up, and then they never would. At a mandeville st property we also asked for clarity on how much rent was owed when moving out, received a final number, but then had a few days worth of rent being demanded as we vacated the property.After these experiences we deliberately rented with anyone other than Bayleys. The property managers we dealt with clearly tried to do as little as possible, and were upset any time we asked for basic house needs to be met.I was happy to leave a review without going into all this detail because frankly it felt rude to call out the behaviour we saw, despite the personal and monetary costs. After our call earlier you gave me the impression that you understood my frustration. Instead you replied purely in an attempt to absolve Bayleys of any wrongdoing. Own up to your mistakes, and at the very least, call the police when properties are broken into.

Have had a great experience renting my home out using Lisa and Molly.They have given fantastic advice and help for a first time rental owner and are always quick to reply and sort any issues.
