Great coffee, good people

Very bad experience on Monday,The coffee guy on, Warren, didn’t want to serve us and threw a little tantrum when asked if we could order coffee. I get there’s a lot to do at 6am, but the service was so poor, our coffees taste like water and there was only two customers with two staff on. Didn’t get offered to use AA Smartfuel or my coffee key tag we had ready. Awful service.

Great coffee excellent service

Terrible service. The lady with grey hair spoke to a man who had already been served for 3 minutes while I waited behind him .he finally moved and she continued to speak to him over top of me for another 3 mins while ignoring me and scanning my stuff incredibly slow and then I had to butt in and ask for vape juice it seemed she was dismissing me and came across incredibly rude and like I was a hinderince to her .they continued to speak almost ignoring me I was so angry I almost yelled at her to actually serve me instead of standing there talking. Worst experience I won't ever be going there again.

No skinny top up here, very inconvenient if you are also purchasing petrol and food.

Ran out of mouth masks and asked if I could buy one of them since i needed petrol and some groceries. No mask no service sign on the door so thought they would be able to helpThey charged me $3 for the disposable mask only.I left and will not ne back. Please do the same and skip this petrol station if you feel public safety should not be a means to exploit another human being.Thank you.

Staff are rude. I tried to buy a fuel voucher here which I had done the previous week but was told I couldn’t do it if I didn’t get cash out and pay cash for the voucher. I couldn’t get cash out as I was using an overseas debit card. They were happy to let my $200 walk out the door and go to Z fuel station to buy it. More training needed for staff or a better system for buying vouchers.
