These people are con artists. Please don't buy any of their products. I bought a MacBook a couple days ago and it said the order would arrive in 2-4 business days" which is today

Really good, I did have to send an email enquiring about the order, but once they responded everything was super prompt, and shipped very quickly.

I placed an order on 30th November, I received an email after my order and had paid but nothing since. It has been 3 weeks, I have called and left 2 messages as well as leaving 2 emails and I am yet to hear back from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

2022 UpdateWe were impressed by their response to resolve our issue. So we ordered from them again and we had no issues.Nov update. I received a replacement part. It’s still has the same issues but I doubt it’s not anything to do with orange direct. After several emails back and forward with the owner I want to acknowledge that they have done their best to rectify this issue. I would recommend using orange direct as New Zealand supplier. They did take some time to respond to my query has been resolved to my satisfaction.Oct 24 Update. The supplier has been in touch has provided evidence of genuine parts and is sending a replacement part.I ordered a genuine Apple part. It's not genuine; you can see the part doesn't align with the edges of the power block. I paid a premium for the part intentionally; I wanted genuine apple parts as it's a power unit and aftermarket parts overheat. I got something I could have bought for $8-9 elsewhere. I gave 1 star as the product is not represented accurately.
