Really poor service, if you can actually call it service at all.No communication on processes, no emails, no phone calls, no anything.Trying to contact them is far from simple.Do not list their email address and it is impossible to send an email using their internal form as it does not work, probably on purpose.May possibly get someone to answer the phone if you are prepared to wait 15 -20 minutes. Once connected you will be surprised just how little the phone rep knows about the processes they use.

Worst customer service ever. Dialed at 3 times before I was assisted by an operator.The operator Tina was extremely rude and unprofessional. Couldn't explain things properly so I had to rephrase my question a few times. She then started moaning, interrupting my speeches and emphasized many times that if I read the T&Cs properly I wouldn't have any of these questions. I tried to point out her unprofessionalism near the end and she just groaned and hanged up.If you can't explain like a professional customer service, at least have a decent attitude.

Beyond useless. I waited on hold for an hour and a half before giving up. Possibly the worst customer service of any company in New Zealand and Australia which is really saying something.

I absolutely concur with, the without exception, awful reviews of this company’s lack of company service. I see all other reviews have been replied to with the same copy and paste unhelpful advice. Despite ringing the NZ no I get through to Australia who say they will put me back to NZ and in this process I am usually cut off or get a “mailbox full, try later “ message. The “mailbox full” message occurs consistently and I doubt there is one. I have also emailed without reply. This lack of service warrants a complaint to the NZX.

My experience with this company has been positive and professional. Contrary to other reviews I find the log in process seamless and secure. If I log in from my tablet or laptop I'm emailed to ensure it's not a fraudulent attempt. This gives me confidence in their security systems.

Just spoke to a guy on the phone that was rude and blunt for no reason. Wouldn't give any direction to my questions and is about as useful as an ashtray on a motorcycle. I said this to him over the phone aswell, hope you see this you absolute human trashcan

Dreadful service; completely disinterested in my issues. Their mistake has lead to wrong tax information being sent to the IRD. They now want me to fill in forms to “allow” them to add information they acknowledge I authorised through their secure login two years ago. And they won’t reverse the wrong information they sent to IRD; they say I have to do it, even though their system glitches and shortcomings caused it. In short they couldn’t care less. Also, their online enquiry service was not working so I spent a long time on hold on the phone.

Honestly I don’t know enough swear words to describe how absolutely useless Computershare is. I’d rather set myself on fire than talk to their staff who are useless. I was on hold for 48min when I rang Computershare NZ. There is nothing good about them and wish this company all ill fate as one could.
