Charged $38 up front for just replacing a plug on a fan heater (which I thought was a bit steep, but good to repair rather than replace, right?), there was no suggestion it would cost any more than this; called to see if it had been done a few days on from when they said it would - it clearly hadn't, but they said it would be done that afternoon.Went to collect and they wanted to charge another $35 - told them I thought this was terrible service, and I could have just bought a new one - ended up just leaving it, and buying a brand new heater for $30.Bad communication, bad service.Very disappointing.

Took vacuum in with faulty motor head. Got charged a deposit to then be told it had a faulty motor head (yeah, I know, that's why I brought it in) and they couldn't fix it, also they couldn't find a replacement head. I found a replacement head myself in minutes online but the deposit got swallowed up by the time spent not fixing it and doing bad googling.

Hands down the best electrical fix-it" shop in Wellington! Just came from there where I thought my food processor had seen better days - but they revived it with some special "food oil" ( & at no cost!) - & away we go! These guys know it all & have been in that location (128 Tory St

Just called through to L T Campbell almost right on closing time and half expected to get a voice mail as you might expect elsewhere. Fortunately for me, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff were on hand and as friendly as if it were 9am on a Monday. Outstanding initial experience that has won my custom, I will be taking my carpet cleaning machine through to them in the morning.

I ordered Sunbeam Expresso maker parts on 14th May, just before lockdown. Some time in June I found their phone number and rang to find that they had forgotten my order-buried under many others I think. At that time they had run out of seals but would send one when they had more. Some time in July the brew head seal and brew cup came by courier. The seal was far too large. They acknowledged the fault and I sent it back. I got and email saying that they had run out again, but would send one soon. In August I rang again and found that they had forgotten again. This time I got a lady who promised to send the part, and the following week it came with an apology note, on 7th August. So it took a long time but we got there, and I can use my machine again. I main thing is to be persistent if something is not right, rather than abusive. Probably they are much more efficient than that, just mistakes were made with my order

Just an awful experiencePlacing my online order with L.T. Campbell was quick and easy, with an estimated delivery time to Australia of 3–5 working days, which played a major role, but that was it. Several days later, having not received a shipping confirmation, I called the business and was told that my order had been forgotten but would be sent soon. After waiting for several more days without getting a shipping confirmation, I called again to enquire about my order; this time, I was told by a seemingly annoyed individual that it had been picked up by a courier. I even got a tracking number after requesting one, although it should have been automatic to send shipping confirmations in the first place. Four weeks later, having not received anything, I contacted the seller via their website's contact form about the missing order but received no response. I tried again after a few days to get in touch with L.T. Campbell, this time by email, but as before, there was no answer. Even after opening a case with PayPal, this business didn’t care about anything. More than six weeks later, my order finally arrived. The delayed delivery might not have been entirely the seller's fault; the lack of any kind of communication, support or help on the other hand was appalling enough to discourage me from ever using them again.

I can not say enough good things about LT Campbell and staff. I was referred there as they are a service centre for DaLonghi coffee makers. I had a machine for about 14 months when it failed. I took the machine in and they called two days later to tell me they thought it should be replaced by the manufacturer. I asked what i needed to do, and they said they would handle it.A week later they called to say they had a new machine for me to come and pick up.It was so easy.

Excellent customer service! I erroneously ordered the wrong part (twice!), and the guys at L T Campbell Ltd were super helpful and straightforward when solving my issues. I received the orders quickly - thank you so much!

Brought my beloved 10+ year old KitchenAid stand mixer in for a service. With a fast turn around within the week, I have it home and it's running as if I bought it yesterday. Great service, communication, pricing and passion for their craft :)
