I asked Busy Fix to present a video, provide documents and facilitate a conference call at a meeting in Wellington when unexpected circumstances prevented me from attending. Maxine was more than happy to help out and her service and professionalism went way beyond what I expected. The presentation was a success thanks to her organization skills which exceed my own by a long shot. It is often hard to find people who do what they say they will do and nearly impossible to find someone who exceeds your expectations. Needless to say, I highly recommend Busy Fix.

She listened to me to understand the person she was shopping for, and checked in with me at the point of purchase to confirm I was happy with the gift choice. I had a sensitive problem that I needed help with. I went to Maxine and explained it to her. One of my staff needed some help at home to be better organised and to learn some domestic skills that were making it hard for him to live a normal life.Maxine visited him and discussed a range of topics before setting him some goals that would make a difference.
