This hose shop has it all. The 2 staff are like part of furniture now. Been there forever. Only let down is the staff talk too much and it can be quite a wait to be served.

Came in here with a bit of a problem and an usual piping request. I was never going to be the biggest sale they have ever made but the guy was extremely helpful and made a solution which did the trick. Very good value and excellent service - thanks guys!

I can't recommend The Hoseshop I East Tamaki highly enough. I am a small-time domestic user of some of their products but whenever I go in there the guys are friendly and professional and go out of their way to help me get what I need. It is a real pleasure getting some proper customer service in these days when so many front-line staff make you feel like a nuisance. Keep up the great work guys, I won't be going anywhere else. I went in today with a damaged hydraulic hose from my new digger and was attended to right away , the hose was shortened by a few inches ,a new end was fitted . I purchased a spare hose and was out within 10 minutes, a wonderful experience not what you get much of today . Thank you guys for your fantastic service and I will certainly be spreading the word ,Ian Melville .
