Rooms are a good size, one good mic one dud mic, lack of song choices, drinks are watered down but at least can order food and drinks into the room. Felt a bit shady to be honest but we were ok as we left early. Lady boss was not friendly but her workers were very nice.

The karaoke machine was not user friendly and difficult to navigate. Many of the songs neededto be downloaded on the system before we could playthem which was time consuming and even with thefans on, it was very hot and stuffy in the booth. Thesong selection was also quite limited. It’s quite pricey compared to other karaoke bars.

The place is perfect for karaoke or clubbing. Have vip booths and karaoke rooms. The drinks is reasonable the same as u will get in any other bar so we're the bar ladies vibe customer service .The security's were awesome doing their jobs asking for i.ds. And polite. Must have I.d like every other place.However the downfall here have alot of intimidating people here. Did run into a few staunch guys here disrespecting women. I said my piece and left the place b4 any trouble. The fun was good while it lasted.

Not a good business to have in the neighborhood. Police called here all the time - very glad it will be shut down soon. Owner must think he is still in rural China…

This is a gang operation. Regular fights right outside. Cars parked in bus lane. Owner is arrogant Chinese man Ian Hsu. We have filed multiple complaints and police are have begun surveillance operation. There was another massive fight there tonight. With over 15 police responding. Fights involved knives. Dont ever go here its very dangerous. Photos show police operation after gang fights.

So glad your business will be closed very soon, you even reached the Herald 5 days ago. People: before visiting this dump, look for all docs and evidence at Auck council site or get stabbed. And threatening with taking public to court? You are under ongoing police investigation. Good luck with that.

One of the best karaoke to chill at in the CBD area. They have big lounge, massive rooms, nice bar and also, dancing floor. Even the furnitures and decorations in each room bring out that fancy, high end, elegant feel that’s totally so enjoyable and different from other karaokes. There’s a lot of song options in this place with really good quality mics and speakers. One more thing, even the food they serve tastes so good too, it’s not like those food in some other karaoke places with plain taste at all. BayLuck is definitely worth a visit if you want to have a super fun night out with your friends and family. Friendly staffs, fast serving time, reasonable prices with a lot of promotions going on. A big bravo to the owner and the team because I can see how much effort and passion they have put into this place. Cannot wait to see it grow more and more. I will definitely be coming back here over and over again, highly recommended !
