DO NOT BUY THEIR TICKET, JUST DO NOT !never experienced such horrible customer service, that lady was very impatient and totally not familiar with their business, she had no idea what to do but just asked us to forward the question to another team. when I asked her what she can do, she hang up the phone immediately.打了无数次电话后终于有个女性客服接起来，态度非常差，业务不熟，一问三不知，只知道让我们把问题发给总公司的售后处理团队，当我问她能做什么时，她直接挂断电话，从来没有见过这么鲁莽蛮横的客服。我劝各位同胞不要买东航的机票。

The ground service in AKL is just like S**t. No manner, Not well-organized check in process different staff saying different thing. They don’t communicate with each other, and not allow customers speaks… I will never flying with them again.
