Frequently Changing Group Fitness Timetables!Despite being a newly upgraded facility with brand new equipment, this Cityfitness branch has one of the most dysfunctional and disorganized Group fitness studio timetables of all the branches. Group fitness Members are required to check the app every morning to find out what class is on that day and what has been cancelled. High impact classes that were running to capacity previously at popular peak hours have been cancelled, or shifted to later hours, or totally replaced. The newly extended studio is now left empty at a peak hour on a weekday. While some of the gym instructors are fantastic, there are others that need to be replaced who are only still there thanks to internal politics. This gym is in such a brilliant location and sadly the Group fitness classes are run pathetically. Group fitness members at this branch have become transient since most of them struggle to keep up with the changing timetables.Shame to the Cityfitness management for completely neglecting the Three Kings branch and for allowing fitness classes to be scheduled based on the convenience of some instructors instead of their members’ preferences, who are the ones keeping the gym running.

Can you guys please use actual disinfectant or sanitizer solution in those spray bottles? Why is it sour? I know it kills bacteria’s, but adding white vinegar in those bottles doesn’t really justify the $300+ annual membership fee. It smells really, really bad, like somebody puked every time we try to wipe down the equipments.

The staff is really unhelpful. Wouldn’t recommended three king city fitness to anyone.

if you to cancel the membership, you have to do it a month ago. no body tell you this until your money been charged. on it web site, very hard to find cancellation form. not friendly. when your 1 year membership is over, nobody tell you it will be roll over. easy in but hard to exit.!!

Always a reliable gym although small. Would be better with more areas for deadlifts and racks.

After having disappointing experiences with a few other gyms, I'm finally settling in well to City Fitness. Ample carparks, friendly staff and affordable membership fees.Don't let bad reviews discourage you from joining this gym - they have improved a lot. I recommend popping in to have a look around and see for yourself like I did. Staff will welcome you with a smile and show you around.

Very crowded everyday. Lack of machines and racks. Some people going to this gym are very rude.

A nice gym. Quieter than other CityFitness gyms during peak times. Unfortunately has older equipment and only has one of each machine. Bathrooms are often duty over the weekend but very clean during the week.
