Oxygen Air Heat Pumps & Air Conditioning

The Oxygen Air team have just installed a Fujitsu ducted system in our home and the experience was excellent. Chris came around to quote us and was very patient and well informed, answering all of our questions and giving us a very competitive price. Sophie in the office was always friendly and pleasant to deal with. Jeremy the engineer came to measure everything up and was also friendly and efficient.Then a team lead by Sandeep from Hamilton traveled all the way to my Auckland home on installation day. Sandeep was very professional and approachable. He explained everything very well as to the installation procedure and his team carried out the job efficiently with minimal mess. It was very impressive.Thank you to Anil, Sandeep, Rav, Peni and Domino for doing such a great installation job. We are very happy with our ducted system!

OxygenAir has excellent communication with their customers and go a step ahead by checking up after the install.Ezra came in for a quote and was great to recommend placements of indoor/outdoor units. He is knowledgeable about the products OxyAir offers. Ophelia has also been excellent in keeping me up to date on the entire process.OxyAir were kind enough to price match against competition and gave me a huge bargain for a Fujitsu ducted unit for upstairs as well as two Panasonic Z20/Z50 VKR units for downstairs. The boys were friendly and were really productive and tidy with all the cabling and layout inside the house. Overall, I would highly recommend these guys for their homes!

Awesome experience having a ducted system installed by Oxygen Air.Everyone I dealt with were extremely friendly and professional, from the initial contact with the customer service team, the sales guys and also the fantastic team of installers who tidied up well afterwards and even went the extra mile to fill in holes left by the HRV system being removed.Couldn't be more happy with the whole process, great company to deal with.

First consultation was honest and helpful, enabling me to choose the heat pump best for me. The installers were friendly and great at their job. The heat pump was everything I wanted.

This company started off very well, very quick to come around and do a quote and were helpful around finance etc. The guys turned up on the day as planned and did a great job, very happy with it however the WiFi unit was out of stock, we were advised that someone would follow up and arrange install when it is back in stock, there has been no contact what so ever.When we ordered the unit we paid the deposit and were advised that we would be sent an invoice for the outstanding amount after the install, a couple of months pass with no invoice and then we get this abrupt email saying that our invoice is overdue, can’t be overdue when it’s never been sent in the first place! WONT BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY!

I recently had Oxygen Air install 3x heat pumps in my home, referred by a friend, and I couldn't be happier with the service received. From the initial site visit (Callum), arranging the job (Megan), to the installation (Julius), the team was really easy to deal with and professional. They arrived on time for every appointment and suggested the best system for my house. When seeing an improvement on the plan during the install, they communicated clearly and got it done.
