Very pleased with the way CIA debt recovery handled our debtors. All money was received in full. I can definitely recommend their professional and friendly service.

Answering machine contact that no one ever picks up the phone even during business hours. Rude and threatening behavior, indimidation techniques used, no room to negotiate just extreme pressure to pay even if affordability is an issue with covid19. Treats people in humanly.

Low quality debt service, no official call center. Always reach an answering machine when trying to call. Act and sound like an amateur company on their first day in the industry.

Great service very smart collection service

We had a debt around of $2800 from previous tenant in July 2017. We have recovered around $2000 By the C.I.A. debt recovery team's continuous efforts throughout over 4 years. Once the tenant agreed to pay the debt they sent us a debt recovery statement monthly. When the tenant refused to pay it, they proceeded to enforcement and have the tenant examined at his local court, topped up the enforcement cost to his debt. We are quite happy for the result because only to achieve a fully recovery is that the Tenancy Tribunal ordered to include the collection costs but it didn't. Maintime, the tenant refused to pay the collection costs though he signed to agree to pay it in the tenancy agreement.
