I went in one morning to get some things done for my car, I got there and all of the staff were great. I’d like to mention one guy there, CJ, who was working on my car, he was professional, quick and efficient and did a stunning job! He got my car back on the road in no time. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Just bought new rims and tyres from this store, with a wheel alignment. Great service, great price and the team is awesome. Saw multiple other customers come and go today, happy and smiling. Highly recommend this store.I've been to other places for work vehicles, but this has always been my favourite store for my own car for 20+ years.

Very unprofessional Service I don’t recommend anyone to go to this place. Got replaced tyres of my vehicle from this place recently. I wanted to pay through Genoapay but they denied for that. On the official Beaurepaires website Genoapay is mentioned as a payment method. CARLOS was the guy at the reception. I am very disappointed from this kind of service from them.

Great service went for wheel aliment did me stright away no waiting good price but won't go back as wheel aliment only lasted 7 month ripped my tyres to bits went somewhere else and they said it was right out fixed now

After some initial miscommunication, the staff at Beaurepairs Upper Hutt were able to sort out a replacement tyre for the one I had damaged. The price for the new tyre was reasonable and the 12 month guarantee on the tyre (for any damage, they will replace the tyre for free) is really good. The owner/operator and his team were friendly and professional. I would most probably go there again.

If you want the best possible deal and advice on tyres don't hesitate to contact Carlos @Beaurepaires Upper Hutt. Didn't have a lot of cash and needed two new tyres, had been quoted $109 per tyre for a budget entry level, ended up with a Dunlop worth $201 for the same price as the entry level . Absolutely wicked deal thank you Carlos.
