Poor standard of care, and sometimes caregivers don't arrive at all, leaving the elderly client without food and drink for hours at a time. My elderly parent lost weight because the food preparation was poor, and was often left in an unclean state by caregivers who seemed more concerned to get a signature on a time sheet, than to do their job thoroughly.

Completely remiss.. Most of the home help to the elderly don't do their jobs properly, leaving uncleaned toilets.. No continuity
