Ten minute walk to lower dam about 1.5 to upper. Couple steep hills to upper near the start. Lovely bush & dam views & over Manuka harbour.

有趣的景點。從停車場沿著河邊的道路走進去500公尺到達大壩前，到大壩時有約200公尺上坡至霸頂。霸頂風景優美，可以看到海和周邊的山。洩洪洞上有橋，可以直接走到洩洪洞上方感受深不見底的深淵感受!

This is a rather boring walk along a forestry / access road. Was hoping for more bush or more views. Rather disappointed.

Huia upper and lower dam walk
This is an easy fantastic walk! It's a nice change if you'd rather be on dry asphalt, takes roughly 30mins one way depending on your speed. View of the dam is spectacular and if your lucky enough you'll get a chance to see it overflowing. It's full and overflowing as of writing this review.
