Ailsa is very thorough and has great knowledge of kiwisaver.This is an area I need a lot of help with and Ailsa patiently talked me through all of the different possibilities of investing. She looks at the big picture and wants to know plans and desires for retirement. Ailsa also takes the time to explain the different schemes and really made sure I understood the process and outcomes. She is also upfront about her fees which are reasonable. Ailsa also comes to your house or meets in a cafe which is so much nicer than going into formal office in town.I am really happy with the service and it has put my mind at ease.
