Bill made time to sit down and explain the process at a café over coffee and what stood out for me was the attention to detail; getting to understand our needs, his professionalism and knowledge of the market, providing good suggestions that gave us confidence in him representing us. Bill came to the house and walked us through areas we needed to focus on, it wasn’t a simple sale but Bill was very informed and this made navigating through things a lot easier. Terrible. Bill Myers did an appraisal for me when I wanted to sell my house. I interviewed 5 agents in total and chose another agent. Instead of taking this news gracefully as the other agents had, Bill phoned and harassed me. He demanded to know why I wasn't choosing him, he didn't listen to my answer and then proceeded to insist he was the best agent to sell my house. I found his manner domineering, intrusive and entitled. I suspect he would not have behaved like this if I was a man. I definitely don't recommend this agent.

Fills local letterboxes with garbage about apartments for sale and having sold a house three streets over. I know real estate agents exist. If I wanted one I'd get in touch. Not with these clowns, though, because of their junk mail habit.
