Was my first time having brows and lash lift done. Left super happy with the results! Really nice ladies working there and relaxing environment. Will definitely be back! :)

This is such a chic space! You immediately feel zen on arrival. I had the lovely Kelly who managed my treatments (eyelash removal & eyelash extension). Both were done exceptionally well - I absolutely love my lashes. Will definitely be returning!

I had a half set of lash extensions with Chloe. She was gentle and polite. I had a full set done by another salon 2 years ago which were too itchy, but these ones are much better - perhaps because of being half as many lashes, or maybe the work is better this time. So far so good, and the lashes are a natural glamour look.

My first time getting eyelash extensions for my wedding. I got silk extensions natural half set. They did a good job but it's not as natural looking as i would of liked. I think for first time customers wanting natural, then go for the shortest ones available. i got the medium as my lashes are quite naturally long

Had my first visit at Auckland Lash and Brows. All in all, the technician that had been assigned to me was pleasant although my interaction with one of the other staff was atrocious.I had gone in for a lash lift/ set of extensions as I was unsure of what I suit more that point and I walked out of there highly upset and unsatisfied with the outcome. Initially I had asked my assigned technician whether I would suit a lash lift over extensions where she basically decided that I should get the lash lift done as my lashes were long, I wasn’t given much information regarding extensions and with the decision that was made by the technician she began the lash lifting process. The initial lash lift, I had noticed that the lashes on my left eye seem quite different compared to the other although I didn’t think much of it at the time. As I walked out of the store I continued to notice the variation between the lashes as the lashes on the left eye continued to drop lower and lower. I called into branch who were quick to get me in in-order to remediate the issue. Now as they assessed both the lashes where the had identified what they had done wrongly in the first lift and asked which look I preferred out of the two and I point out to the right eye as it looked fairly lifted so they decided to redo the left set of lashes again even though I was not happy with the way the effect overall lash lift had on me in the first instance. I had told the technician I would rather get lash extensions done instead of the lash lift before she began to redo the process again although despite she continued to carry on with the routine of lash lift.Unfortunately I was highly anxious throughout the process as I had voiced again and again that I didn’t want the lashes to look uneven as I will be travelling out to Australia first thing tomorrow morning and look hideous as a result of the lash lift and that I would actually prefer to get it changed to simple lash extensions instead. I also asked the technician what they will do if I’m unhappy with the outcome of the redone lash lift, I was reassured that I would work this time as she had found what the problem was with the first lift. Furthermore, I had asked how much longer I had to stay there as I was practically wasting my time when I should have been packing and doing my lash minute shop, I was informed that it would only take 25 minutes. An hour later, once finished I was told that I could have a look at the end result which was a tad bit better compared to the first go although I was not satisfied as there was still a great deal of variation with both of the eyelashes which I pointed them out as I was still unsatisfied. I restated that I would’ve rather gotten lash extensions done instead and asked her what they would do regarding this. The technician then spoke to her colleagues one of whom was rude beyond anything. I was basically told the problem had nothing to do with them and instead it was my issue that my lashes were naturally uneven.Believe me when I say, I’m fairly experienced with regularly getting my lashes lifted, I have never been told this before. She said that I needed to use eyelash growth serums to help them if I want them to be even when I turned around to say I was already use one the ones that they sell. She then had the audacity to to say well if you want to change it to extensions then you would have to pay for it as well. As apparently, they had remediated the matter from their side by redoing the left eye and that it was no longer their problem but mine instead. And when I asked for some form of compensation for the time that I had wasted, I was told that I had agreed to it and that they had remediated the matter from their end. She then decided to walk off in the middle to the conversation instead of redeeming herself where I was left all alone within the shop floor to walk myself out.I mean where’s the fairness in any of this? I am now having to travel overseas with uneven looking lashes whilst looking horrible.

So lovely, it was my first time and it went a lot smoother than expected. The place itself was very pretty and tidy, and on top of that great service was provided. My lashes came out looking beautiful thanks to Tracey. Can’t wait to come back!
