Got sold a MagSafe charger for my iPhone 13 Pro which came in official Apple packaging which after I opened looked like it had already been opened and used before. After attempting to charge my phone with it I lose power and it doesn't charge my phone. There's supposed to be a spot under Settings where I can view the MagSafe charger information but that doesn't appear while charging which makes me guess it's not an official charger from Apple...

My husband needed a replacement charger but it was not in stock. The young guy (most likely the owner) allowed my husband to use his personal charger several times in a day so he could work. No gain for him just a really kind person. What a legend. Thanks so much
