What is the difference between a criminal organisation and Kylin Image? Perhaps that one of them you can’t take to court, and if you get into business with Kylin Image, it will more than likely end in a court case. Why? Well, after being promised a refund on a $750 deposit, the funds have still not arrived. But why don’t you try to call them? Oh trust me, we did & the lovely lady on the phone continues to laugh on the line and proceed to hang up. It’s absolutely disgusting and I would urge anyone reading this to stay well clear of Kylin Image.

Not recommended, their internal communication is really poor didn't read what client want and the end product is completely different.

I have recommended 2 of my friends to have wedding photography there and got all admiring responses. Thanks and I will keep doing it.

12/04/16 Kylin Image Photography. We went in and sat down with these people we organised for 2 days later we come back in to visit the studio and sign the contracts to only to waste our time when the guy had left early. No apologize no one care about us. Beware.

I used Kylin Image for my recent wedding and I was not happy with the way they carried out the videography or the output of their final editing of my photos. I had sent them earlier emails countless occasions of the 'feel' that i wanted and the type of photos i would like to receive and was assured that they would take this into account. The final edits were nothing like what i had asked, infact they were the opposite which meant they didn't at all read or consider my emails.The video of 3-hours was actually clips although it wasn't explained beforehand that this was the case - so i am left with a cut-up version of the service with an explanation that that was what they meant. This is what I am happy with the most.I cannot get that day back, and whilst i can get the photos re-edited i am extremely disappointed with their reasoning of why i am left with staggered bits and pieces of my wedding day video.The photos i effectively received could have been done by anyone for a fraction of the cost they offered, i should have asked a family friend to capture the service and in hindsight I can do nothing about offer my experience to forewarn others.
