Molly was a treasure trove of information, & demonstrated great customer service by organizing a special order for me - great product & I could not recommend Roots & Shoots more highly :)

Bought a product online that was out of stock, and an alternative product was offered, once I received it I found it was near the end (2 months left) of the “manufactures guarantee” best-before date. The team believes the product’s efficacy can override the “best before date”. My question is, does my next order also have a low shelf life?If the discounted price ($44.31) you offered is to exchange for old stock, I would reconsider my purchase as the manufacturer states the shelf life is 2 years. I would have appreciated being informed about the low shelf life over the phone when you processed it because I could have decided if I would accept the change, seek other products, or get a refund.Based on the conversation we had, and you pointing out that we are not a commercial grower, and should shop at a garden centre, I would suggest removing the retail and home gardener categories from your website. We were more than happy to resolve this issue with a replacement full-shelf-life item but instead were dragged into an impossible circular conversation with the owner.

We have been using Roots Shoots & Fruits products on our home garden and highly recommend their products to anyone who is growing fruit and veg at home. We are amazed how GOOD the quality of the produce we are growing is. They taste delicious and have a much longer shelf life! What more could you want?
