Love this spot reasonable price and practical items... Practical items means the things which you can use on every day life. Good quality products and very friendly and respectful staff.

I was delighted to find craft items and storage options for these here. I will have to come back at some stage to properly sect from the resin craft products, but I find the plastic pockets that go into small ring binders are good for stamp storage

As with other Daiso stores throughout the world, this store offers products ( household, stationery and even some Japanese snacks) at low prices. 3 pieces for $10 or $3.50 per piece but there are exceptions, of course. Some products cost more. The display is neat, clean and orderly.

Really good quality goods for cheap price. Usually everything is 3.50$ (there are some exceptions) and if you buy 3 items you are only charged 10$.

As a (used to be) loyal and frequent customer, I am frustrated with my recent experience at the St Lukes Daiso store.We bought a bunch of small items not long ago from the store and we found out that 2 of the items we picked were the wrong color. Unfortunately we have not kept the receipt. My family and I usually buy a lot of small items from the store from time to time when we go to the St Lukes mall, it's hard and inconvenient to keep every receipt especially when we have faith in the Daiso and Japan products.With the trust I have with the large Daiso's brand, I specifically bought the items back to the store to ask for just a swap of color for the same product (not a refund, and the products are just plastics and in perfect un-used and un-opened condition). When I got to the store, it was a quiet time and there was only one cashier at the counter who was not serving any customer. Sadly, the answer was no to me due to the lack of receipt. Well, it's ok, it's their rule, but the one thing that I particularly hate about was the way that the staff asked Do you think any other shop would do a swap or refund without a receipt?" in a humiliating tone and I replied "Yes

Id like to complain about your service at Daiso St Lukes. I have never felt so angry as I did after leaving your shop - so much so I felt the need to put a negative review on Google. I entered your shop at around 12-1pm this afternoon and purchased 10 dollars worth of products (I have been to your shop so many times and bought so many things before - but this time I felt like I wanted to help your business so I just bought random products). I went to the counter near the main entrance and handed over the products I wanted to purchase next to the cashier, she scanned the goods and left them next to the till - which was almost too far to reach from where I was standing. The cashier then just walked away leaving me with the products that I couldnt reach. As far as Im concerned these actions were just downright rude! At least when you purchase something you would expect to be either handed the product back or at least the product be put where you can reach them. I waited for the now paid for products to be handed to me, as I didnt want to be seen looking like I was reaching over and stealing. In the end my son retreived the products. It was quite obvious this was done on purpose by the cashier... Although I have been a frequent customer of Daiso St Lukes - due to the blatent and absolute rudeness shown by this overweight piece of trash, I will not be purchasing from your shop again. Thank you.
