Perhaps business is conducted differently in New Zealand than the US, but for this agency who advertises traveler assistance" I am surprised with their response to "assistance". I gave them 1 star based on their candor and honesty that they didn't see the value in investing time and effort to win a new client

We have used HCB for a number of years for our international holidays. The team are knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are similar and often better than what we could find booking direct ourselves but with the added security of booking through a travel agent. Highly recommend!
