Amazing service! Shoutout to Ra for being incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and making everything run smoothly.I lost my car in the Auckland flood and I found one of 4Guys' listings online. Setting up a test drive was super easy, and I drove down to Hamilton on the weekend. Everything was ready and there was zero hassles.They reserved the car for me while an AA inspection was done (which came back perfect, by the way) and then I completed the purchase via email. The next weekend I drove back down to Hamilton and picked up the car.I have to stress how easy they made the whole process from start to finish. It could have been stressful and annoying but it never was.10/10. I'll be buying from them again next time I need a car.

Really happy with the service I got from Ra and Leanne with the Holden Captiva I bought, it really felt like they were working for the customer there was no pressure at all, I was shown what was available in the price range and brand I had specified. Never again will I buy from enterprise cars and I will be back to see you guys again when the time comes to buy another vehicle.

After a glitch with a new touchscreen installed in our Dodge, we had to return to 4Guys to have it replaced for a second time. We believe that it’s not about what went wrong, because these things can happen, but it’s about how the problem is rectified. We were really impressed with their concern, attention, rectification and the staff were friendly, professional and couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you 4Guys for sorting this out for us. We are very appreciative.

These guys! what can I say. They are fantastic. I arrived on site, and was very quickly approached by Ra, He was so happy to help me out, and didn't pressure me into buying anything, he was knowledgeable about the cars I test drove, when I found the car I wanted, nothing was too hard, when I found the car I wanted he introduced me to Simon, who for some reason, I kept calling Nathan, But he just went with it, never complained, he went above and beyond with my finance application and helped me every step of the way. I cannot recommend this car yard enough. Thank you for my beautiful Captiva who we have named Jeffrey! You guys rock!
