absolutely yarn heaven, good clean spacious shop no rush to purchase and you do not get swamped the moment you walk in the door, help it given freely just have to ask staff are gentle and poilte.

I order online from Skeinz, I find the quality of their wool excellent. Shipping is quick and efficient. This is my go to wool shop, I would strongly recommend them to any people looking for wool or knitting supplies.

I love looking around the shop at all the wools and can normally find what I am looking for. Great place to shop.

I am so happy with Skeinz and the way they pack and post my purchases. Got home to the letter box which is not very water tight to find that my packaging was wet but my wool is clean and dry even when delivered in a storm. Thanks for packing with kindness you guys are the best.

REPLY TO MARKETING EMAIL FROM SKEINZKia Ora,I am going to unsubscribe from this email, but I’d like to tell you why first.My stepson bought me a $50 voucher as a Christmas present. I didn’t get round to spending it because due to a serious illness followed by a period of not earning right through lockdowns I couldn’t afford to add to it to buy enough wool to make myself a garment. So later, when I had some money I waited for your sales. I couldn’t get the voucher to go through when I tried to use it on the last day it was valid, so I emailed Skeinz and the voucher was made valid again, but by that time the wool I wanted was gone. So a downward spiral from there and I don’t remember all the details now. However I do remember that I got the voucher validated one last time for a period of three days I think it was. Tried to use the thing and couldn’t get your website to work due to high demand I assume. On the final day we were hit by a storm and the internet was down for almost twenty four hours for us! So I lost my $50.I then decided to email Skeinz again to let you know what happened and to ask why, when a customer has already paid you $50 you are able to just keep that money and give nothing back in return, after all you have received payment so you’re getting money for nothing. I got no reply.So that is reason I will not be requiring any more newsletters from you and the reason why I will now never shop with you or recommend your store to anyone.From a very disappointed ‘customer’.

Absolutely the most helpful and knowledgeable staff. Today I was helped by Veronica and nothing was too much trouble to explain to me. I have used this company on previous occasions and would not hesitate them as your go to wool suppliers.
