Usually no queue, and if there is any, maybe only for the drier as that’s the one that most people go for. Not long though. Maybe 5 minutes wait. The driers are huge so best to bring lots of drying at once & if you’ve got towels, my experience tells me 45-50 mins time is best. There is parking available. Doesn’t use coins (its more expensive than most people have coins for) so you can pay with cash or card. No need to bring your own detergent as its pre-loaded in the washing machines. Don’t be late in picking up your clothes as they may charge $5 i think? For having to take out for you. But I’ve never been charged personally.

Terrible service here. I took in my bridesmaid dress to get it dry cleaned, and when I went to pick it up the material had been damaged. The manager acknowledged this and offered to re-process it. I was reluctant in case it was damaged further to which she replied 'It couldn't get much worse'. When I went to pick it up a second time it was a bit better but still very much not the dress it once was. The manager denied this and said it was 'like it was before' despite not having seen it when I first took it in. When I tried to reason with her she became hostile and insinuated that I was after money. Special memories of my sister's wedding were linked with this dress, now when I look at it I am just upset.

Terrible. After getting our laundry back, it smells like gym socks. They may have left it sitting damp too long. Also, they threw everything in a garbage bag without folding causing very heavy wrinkles. Way too pricey for the pathetic service they provide.

Last time I came here with a friend for a pick up, who I assume was the manager started yelling at the employee over nothing. They were so spooked they hit their head, poor thing.Felt really uncomfortable for the short while I was there and based off that experience I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Gave off bad vibes. Seeing reviews left by other people seems to indicate this hasn't changed over the years. Take your business elsewhere!

Took over a week to get my 2 blazers cleaned. TERRIBLE service, the lady who serves you is extremely rude. Won’t be going back

Rude. The woman that served me was beyond rude. Judged me for needing to have my clothes cleaned... thought that was your job?So unnecessary. Such a bad attitude. If you can't deal with cleaning clothes don't work at a laundry and dry cleaner

This place was a hive of industry when I came in the afternoon.A broken beam of light creates a noise to let staff know that they have a customer.Inside was tidy & organised.I wanted advice on permanent pleating of a kilt. Sadly the friendly staff were unable to give me advice on permanent pleating and these drycleaners were unable to press my kilt pleats.If you are driving, parking is a challenge so take the first car park you find. Much easier if you are cycling or taking a bus.

This team have saved my sanity. I visit several times a week, as I have seven humans living in my house. So many sheets, towels, work clothes, gym clothes, tea towels and jeans. The washing is always ready on time carefully washed, dried and folded. The washing is always done beautifully. Never damage or over drying. I truly love these guys and the wonderful women who work there! Lovely talented, hard working team.Polly Gillespie.

Thought it would be nice to do my dry cleaning locally however the lady that “helped” me was extremely rude and commented on the way I spoke which made me extremely uncomfortable and confused. It felt like I insulted her by walking into the store. Worst customer service I have ever received, never coming back again.

My partner took in a stunning dress to dry clean for some minor stains. The care label has been clearly disregarded and the dress has come back with stains where stains have been removed. I do not recommend anyone to take in clothes they actually care about. Would trust this place with an old pair of sheets at best.
