Post Haste Couriers Rotorua

Poor service, said it was delivered but no knock on my door, now have to pick package up at my expenses after paying the courier fee. Be careful sending items using the Rotorua branch

Deanna was an absolute Gem in tracking, finding arranging and keeping me updated at all times. Her customer service was exceptional and makes me have confidence in the company

Tracking says Delivery next cycle". Two days later still waiting for delivery. Phone for info and call is diverted. Hopeless. :-(In a year they haven't improved. Hung onto a parcel for 11 days. Went out for delivery a few times but never actually got delivered until I rang them 3 days in a row! The guy that finally delivered could have been anyone. No uniform or ID badge. This is NOT a courier company!"

Nothing haste here, 6 days on a two day courier and the items arrived broken. there was a hole poked through the side of the boxing marked fragile, breaking the two car door windows, as a way out they say we except no responsibility for glass items even though the handling of the item was to blame. I would recommend using a courier company that will handle your package with the due care and attention it deserves. WARNING This company does not handle packages marked fragile with the care it needs.

According to tracking details my parcel has been in Rotorua since Thursday afternoon, out for delivery with driver. No further updates. Still no parcel on Saturday. Try finding a phone number to call for this crowd. All you can do is email them, pointless as you get no reply. Useless. Less than 1 star.

Large item which was supposed to have been delivered but got a phone call to say they couldn't fit it in their van so needed to arrange pick up. Between the time of that phone call and pick up (about two days) my second oversized package arrived. My partner fit all SIX over sized boxes into our mini van. Boxes were covered in muddy boot prints. The contents inside the box could have easily been damaged by adult men trampling all over my packages. Sent an email and photos showing the state of the boxes and explaining that the contents could have easily been damaged and that their transporters should take more care with people's packages. Recieved a reply saying I have 7 days to let them know. That's it.... No apologies, no we will endeavor to do better, no responsibility tajen what so ever. Have not had time to open packages yet but hoping for everyone's sake that there is no damages done.

This review is based on the Whakatane team.The depot was experiencing staff sickness issues and we were in desperate need of our parcels, we had the office team member and a new staff member come to our business with some parcels and we let them know we were in need of a parcel which our customer had been chasing, those lovely ladies went back to their depot and searched and found my parcel and brought it back to us in there next run on the very same day.We are very grateful and our customer was very happy. great work guys thank you so much.

Every time I have used Post Haste couriers Rotorua branch, I have received wonderful service from the lovely ladies manning the office.They are so helpful and efficient.My parcels have arrived at their destinations when they said they would. I’m most impressed.Way more reliable and cost efficient than NZ Post. Thank you Post Haste!

Absolutely shocking! My son was playing and was handed a Sorry we missed you" card! Also it said locked gate which I don't have a lock on the gate! So annoyed. Pure laziness! Nobody answers phone"
