Absolutely stoked with the flowers & service I received from Alexmarie Flowers - Queenwood store for my friend's birthday. I phoned up at 1pm & picked them up at 2.30pm. My friend was elated. The quality & size of the flowers eclipsed all others she was given. Highly recommend.

Incredible service! Emma was super helpful to help me find a lovely flower arrangement for my mothers birthday!Within 2 hours the flowers were beautifully gift wrapped and delivered to her door. Highly recommend this wonderful florist. Thank you Alexmarie xx

Very disappointed and upset with what was supplied, I wrote them an email and didn't hear back for over two weeks. When I went instore and expressed that I hadn't got what I ordered, I was told that I had ordered what I got and that I was lying. I feel very hurt for being spoken to so rudely and them saying I'm lying. No refund or apology was given". Below is the email I sent them which they didn't even respond to:Hi there
