Tracey Wheeler and Lisa Goodrick manage our property and at all times they've been fantastic to deal with. They're quick to respond, easy to talk to, and have gone above and beyond to try and resolve any issues that did arise with our property from time to time. As a result we've been able to leave them to do their job and stop worrying about the property because we know its in good hands. The law makes it pretty tough to be a landlord these days, but Tracey and Lisa have helped considerably and earned our trust. We'd definitely recommend them to anyone else.

Ruth has acted as our property manager for our property in Albany, North Shore for approximately fourteen years and over that time she has consistently provided a very professional service to us.Ruth is friendly to deal with, efficient and pro-active. Ruth is a cracker jack and has gone above and beyond to help us set up our mother's home for rent after she had to go onto a care facility, as well as find tenants straight away and handle all requirements for healthy homes standards etc, taking a lot of the stress off the family at a very stressful time. Harcourts have been my landlords at multiple rental properties and have been amazing, but I really want to mention Lisa Goodrick and Tracey Wheeler especially, who have been beyond amazing. With the current housing climate it has been incredibly difficult to find a nice rental property after our current owner sold, and Lisa went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house.
