Usually get great service and good prices. Have had a couple of times when things have gone array but they have compensated for the mistakes

Good range of products. A little bit expensive however they had the flooring cramps in stock.

The lady serving me, was a great reminder of what service isn't.Communication and service were non existent, morale around the rundown facilities an all time low.

Helpful people but limited selection. Also avoid the back streets of this area if you've got anything bigger than a hatchback.

Service is slow. The process needs to be quicker and I was the only in the store.

Great staff friendly and efficient. Not the biggest outlet but easy to get to for inner city jobs. They will get equipment in from other branches if you book ahead.

ZERO RESPONSIBILTY, BUYER BEWARE. My horror story is --- I had hired a bobcat for just one day and was asked for 345$ per day for hire and trailer for their bobcat, fine. 4 hrs of use and the bobcat burst a hydraulic hose, hirepool were called and advised as quickly as possible. Hirepool sent thier repair person on the next day about 10.30am taking 1.5hrs for the repair, we expected our 1 day hire too resume after repair and returned the bobcat before 9am the following day, as advised by thier store service team. 48hrs too complete a 6hr job, not great but all we could do to get the job done at the time. Unfortunatley day 3 9am, on returning thier equipment they would not give my security deposit of $300 back and are now seeking an extra 360$ in extra payments via debt works for some imaginary extra hireage period, we charge for time out of the yard

We hired a jack hammer, service was good, item was available. However, we were charged another day because we brought it back half an hour later than we should have.
