Food was ok. But the massive let down was the Philippino lady staff in charge. She was doing something behind the counter. She just looked up to see me come in, didn't even acknowledging me,let alone smile or hello. I was waiting for her to say something , when she didn't, I went about browsing the menu. Then an American man came in and boy, did things change! You should have seen her! She was like: hello sir

For some reason they don't season food so you always need salt. As only meat is seasoned which makes complete product tasteless. This is something what I can't understand.In consistence with product - always different, The best way is to ask exactly what ingredients you want which is not possible for online orders.Nice place, fast food type, clean.

Terrible service. The girls had no idea what they were doing. Brought out tots to the table and I explained they were meant to be loaded. The server just walked away. Went up to the counter when I realised they weren’t coming back only to be told that they were going to charge me an extra $6 for them. I explained that I ordered the loaded. Ended up leaving the tots and not having them.Food was average. Lacked flavour and has become super processed.

I am feeling ripped off, and very disappointed in the lack of response from Mexicali staff/management. A few weeks ago I ordered food using Mexicali points, but as informed by staff, I was only able to use $20 of my points, and so I was charged the remaining balance ($32.70). However, when I next checked the Mexicali app, I saw that I had been incorrectly charged - around $50 of my Mexicali credit had been deducted. I contacted the store and was told to email their manager to sort the matter, but my three emails received no replies. It has now been 4 weeks and I have not been refunded or compensated in any way.Mexicali, you need to do better by your customers! I am still hoping for a response.

*Updated 25/6/23:Consistently late and cold.Avoid Mexicali Fresh Lincoln Road unless you like you're delivery's cold and late.This becomes a food safety quality issue when the food turns up cold.But the Filipino lady denies any responsibility and blames the Uber.The food is good but the staff are useless.Forgetting items of orders for delivery is a basic rookie error, and refunding the item is a cop-out.When I rung up and complained the manager just laughed it off and said she's been getting things wrong all night".Do you employ staff that can't read or don't care?Why would people order from you again if you can't organise a basic order?The whole meal should be refunded as its incomplete

I ended up getting a salad as an extra which I thought was part of my order. They should make it clear to customers $$. Food was average. They gave my friends burger to someone who just came in then forgot about him even though he asked twice!!!

Hi, we ordered a California burrito and faijita taco salad from the lincoln road. And absolutely terrible service. My husband went to pick up the food. We live 5 mins down the road. Went home burrito and salad was cold. The rice was hard not even cooked. I called the store and they were absolutely terrible. said they can’t do anything about it and that they were busy that’s why the food was half cooked. What kind of excuse is this. Absolutely terribleThey couldn’t even offer us a refund or a new meal.

If you want a Mexican food experience this isn't the place to go. No Mexican flavors at all. Just another cookie cutter fast food restaurant" where everything is out of a can and they think they are trendy by having retro photos on the walls."
