Visited on a cold wet winter morning. Some good stalls but understandably a lot less than in more pleasant seasons. Still worth a visit though.

A great farmers markets, a must if you're in the area every Sunday.Plenty of local produce, with all the stuff you expect to find plus a few extras like specialty Gin, I didn't expect that.Live music just adds to a great atmosphere.

This is the best farmers market we've ever been to!!! Have been three times now, and it never disappoints!! The photos of the food were all curated from the market and were very delicious!Grab a hot coffee, walk around and sample the goods, oils, breads, sauces, cheeses, meats and usually there is an amazing musician playing and lifting the vibe. Well recommended, heaps of parking too

This is the best and largest farmers market i have ever been in the North Island! Plenty of fresh vegetables, fruits, artisan breads, sweet treats, meats, cheese, honey, smoke meats, sauces and condiments, eggs, cooked food like pizza, sandwich, dosa, coffee and many more!! The price was very reasonable and affordable given the quality of fresh produce we received. We have tried products of the Chef's garden @Epicurean, Good Chow NZ condiments, Telegraph Hill Olive oil, Monsieur Macaron, The Bacon Sandwich Co, Yeast Coast Baking, Haralds Bread World and some natural lamb and mint sausages from The Organic Farm Butchery. All of the products are of very high quality with discounted price only found in the market. Will be back again!!

Bloody awesome market. Wonderful live music, and great open space despite being really busy. When you read these reviews, you have to ask yourself… How awesome is this market, you may ask?We went there with the intention for a wee look as we had time to kill before heading home, with 3 semi grumpy tired kids in tow.We came out with pretzels, coffee, croissants, buns, bier sticks, cheese and fresh fruit…. And happy kids!Don’t do it if you’re a grinch. Everyone else? It’s superb. Sorry about the lack of photos, but it’s just a super cool vibe, with really great, friendly stalls.Do it! Best in NZ, IMHO.

Plenty of variety of produce, although only two coffee carts operating the day we visited, so long queues. Was more than a bit surprised at the prices though. Farmers Markets used to be places to buy fresh and good quality produce relatively cheaply. I mean feijoas at $10 per kg - that's more than supermarkets are charging...
