Absolutely poor support and care from head office Brooke Forde who I was told to contact and also told by the customer service team she deals with insurance problems. Multiple attempts to contact from myself and insurance company to settle a driving accident caused by a restricted foreign staff member, who was more helpful along with the branch manager in Petone, Wellington at giving me the information to talk to Brooke about insurance details. If it wasn't for the driver and Petone branch manager giving me their driver details, I would be stuck with insurance excess. So to them in Petone, I want to say thank you, to Brooke, I want to say, do your job you are hired for.

Great service, quick and effective, very helpful and explained and corrected the issue, happy customer.

The employees there need to be educated on how to speak to their clients. I have a psychiatric condition and every time I try and speak to them about this, they make my condition far worse. This company simply cares about how they can ruin your life and bring you on the road. Very inhumane company, that lacks empathy for others and will do anything to keep you locked and binded.

Useless customer service, have been waiting for a service team to come out for 4 days to my business.
