Turners Cars Manukau

Purchased a vehicle from here last month in August 2022. The sales rep Rogan was helpful and friendly and the Manager Gino was great to deal with. The whole process and experience was hassle free and very quick. I would recommend to family and friends if they are in the market of upgrading or buying a vehicle.

12.20pm me n my wife went back to Turners to provide necessary documents required to complete our transaction in regards to the sales of our Telstar Ford. There was a father and son who are so helpful with us..My wife (69) have health conditions and we have to find own transport returning home..And the boy offered to drop us off..Now that boy made a huge difference to my wife...Thats what u call excellent customer service and caring..I will never forget that boy. My wife cried when we got home because this boy got a big heart to offer us a lift.

Hendrik was very friendly and helpful with selling my car. Gave me a fair rate and very quick turnaround.

I think Tina from Turners might be guilty for false advertising. Took my car in for an appraisal - the young guy there was helpful but the manager turned my car down and didnt even have the decency to look at it. I think its because they were going to low ball offer. dont get your hopes up people.

Today I towed my accident car back to my home ! I saw my car tye was change by someone ! I met one medium size man he said he is manager very rude ,bulky ! Speak rude worlds !he looks nobody ! just put some rubbish in to my car , never coming back here !

Booked my 2021 ute in to be appraised. I received a reminder text on the day about my appt which was great. Arrived and apologised for being 15mins late. Appraiser Henric was grumpy from the onset.I introduced myself , I received a grunt asking how much do I want for it, I replied I'd like to know what its worth.10mins later he says to me 26k, I says your joking then he walked off, saying that's what it's worth.I bought the ute a year ago for 59k. Not even LADA would depreciate that much. Sorry Tina, this company is making a mockery of you. Pity because your ads are great.

The sales representative that served me was very nice and professional, however the appraisal took literally 2 minutes and I don’t even think I got a thorough check in by the allocated person that was supposed to check it. I got told that the man that was supposed to check my vehicle was at a different warehouse despite the fact that I had this booked in. Instead, the sales rep just took a quick glance around the vehicle, spotted out the wear and tear and just said that the car would be worth 2-3K. This is actually very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend their appraisal if this is how disorganised the Manukau branch is - might I add, didn’t even check the interiors of the car which annoyed me; like how can you even give a estimate like this?

I’ve bought a few cars from car dealers and turners manukau would have to be the worst, went to view a vehicle and it was filthy inside and out with moulds. Was told it’s been serviced by Manoj and it wasn’t, sound was coming from front left, seemed to be wheel bearing (I don’t know how it passed wof) Manoj has to be the most unprofessional salesperson I have ever came across, good luck getting any replies from him after sale has been done.Waited 5 days for an update from the mechanics only to find out by one of the customer service person that it’s already at the branch.Do not recommend.

Although I don't meet certain requirements to buy a car at this place I highly recommend this place as the finance manager and long term workers such as Hugo are brilliant. Although it wasn't the result I wanted the process was really quick. A great team at this office in Papatoetoe. Love the customer service from these guys highly recommend them over any other turners I've been to

I was buy this car in afternoon, I bring straight away to check cof, it fail because the type is cracked, this is unsafe, I don’t know how it can pass wof, when I come back to talk , the manager spoken to me ,not good , he send me to work shop , to replace 1 tyre, but they recommend, have to replaced 2 tyre on the rear, I have to paying one of the tyre, this car I buy that new one, I am first owner, it’s not 100% new car, so I am happy . And come to supper cheap tyre , i want to keep good one the the left, they give me broken one ,cheaping workshop as well
