I had a punctured tire on a Sunday and urgently needed to get it fixed. It was great that they were available even on a Sunday. Thank you very much! They were very fast and friendly in repairing the tire. I highly recommend them. I would give them six stars.

Highly recommend John and the team at WRS for your tyre needs!Especially if you have 4wd tyres like 32s!Hubby and I brought our 4wd in to WRS to have our tyres brand new 32x11.5R15 tyres balanced - as the previous tyre shop who fitted them, did not balance them for us.We were shortly informed that our rims were in no good shape - having been buckled, which we had noticed did have dents in them after taking to the previous tyre shop.The owner, John, showed us just how damaged they were on the balancing machine.We decided to buy x4 new rims (as we had a long trip back to Northland and did not want to risk it) which were not in stock, however John went out of his way during rush hour traffic to Manukau to pick them up.All the while, great conversations were had with Ryan and John.Not long later; our 4wd was ready to go with a fresh wheel alignment, new rims and no wobbling!Impeccable service and workmanship.We will be back for any more tyre needs!

Absolutely shocking service. Bought rims of trademe and took them in to be repaired as there were buckles. Had to go back three times, over $1000 later and on the third visit was told the wheel they had already fixed was buckled and they wouldn’t fix it (even though they had already ‘fixed it’) because they were bought off trademe. Aren’t they meant to be a repair service. The guys were shouting at each other, arguing with me and take no notes on their invoices so they didn’t even have a record of which rims they had repaired. It’s the muppet show, do not use these people!

Great service, from very knowledgeable staff. Recommend if you have a BMW or Audi, have the right equipment to remove tyres without damaging the rim which is very common, with older technology.

Earlier in 2021 I needed 4 new tyres (on a Sunday). Great they were open. Yesterday however, one of the tyres 'popped'. On inspection - all the tyres had not been sealed before being fitted on the rims and the valves were not replaced. So, one tyre had worn down on the inside so much it had to be replaced! Poor service & attention to detail.
