The food was delicious, lots of unique lunch options and the treats were also delicious. The owner is lovely and so friendly, you can tell he’s passionate about his business. He took the time to check on everyone and provide a very customer-centric experience. Would definitely dine here again, it was a pleasure!

Americano coffee is an espresso based drink made with 1/3 espresso and 2/3 hot water.Good NZ style Coffee! Thanks for explains!

I lived in New Zealand for two years to travel the whole island and ate many carrot cakes, but this one was the best. I visited this café almost three years ago, but I recently found a photo of it and couldn't resist reviewing it.

Highly recommend! Good value for your money, friendly staff. We've had a very delicous Falafelwrap, tea and one of the best Brownies I've ever had. If you drive by, take a rest and enjoy your lunch/ tea time here. Thanks a lot :)

Arrived just after 8am, sign said closed but the lights were on, phew, we had just ridden from Omarama.Very friendly owner, and has the best big breakfast, homemade sausages, hash browns and chutney. Coffee was great too.Top it off got a merino/possum beanie from the adjoining shop.

The best carrot cake I’ve ever had in the whole NZ! So moisturising and soft. The egg bene was so good and the salmon roulade was tasty as well. Please stop by and grab something to eat and enjoy the perfect sunshine on your way to the next destination.

Lovely Cafe with beautiful indoor and outdoor seats, I tried the lamb wrap and it was amazing! Coffee was a better average and cakes were fresh and delicious. The only negative is the absence of their own toilets, you have to use the public ones outside. Despite that I highly recommend this place, it has such a nice atmosphere :)
