Always get your car inspected before buying! I learnt the hard way! See picture for a legit inspections point of view.Bought a $12,500 last year have already ended up paying for 15% of what I bought it for in repairs, they're just faulty cars. The mechanic said there had been an impact on my car that had tried to be covered up been Their car are cheaply bought then made to looks nice whilst underneath is a total shambles. (Reading from the reviews) One fault was a loud thud that would happen every time I drove over a bump, took it back the assured it was the spare tyre when it was locked in place. Needed new bushings and $1,500 later it's fixed when the car is less than a year old! They don't do anything about it until you mention legal action. Wouldn't recommend

We had a fantastic customer service from Naveen. They are currently renovating so was a bit query at first but when checking out the vehicle we wanted to purchase we had no pressure, left alone to do our thing and when we had questions had great conversations. They went the extra mile for us and patience. Highly recommended.

Purchased a used car (2011 Mazda sedan) in January this year. Pretty happy with the service and sales process, and a dent that had been caused in the yard was promptly fixed upon pointing this out. After 3 months of ownership, unfortunately I've had to get the rear wheel rotors skimmed as this had not been done prior to new brake pads been fitted around the time of sale (and was causing very loud squeaking when braking, which was slightly noticeable during a test drive but could be mistaken easily for a stone in one of the brake pads). Over the weeks after purchase, the squeaking got so bad that I had no choice but to get the rotors skimmed. Other than this, the car has performed well and relatively happy.

WORST Customer Experience I have had with a car dealership.I have emailed every day and left voicemails every day. I think they have blocked my number.They do not wish to be liable or take accountability of any thing. I will be looking at taking legal action.This is very disappointing - Its hard to believe people still behave like this in 2021.

Would not recommend and if only I could give 0 stars. The team seems to care more about browsing the internet then helping customers find the car’s that their looking for. I’d like to personally give a bad review on the lady who deals with the financing option as she had a condescending tone and gave a ”take it or leave it” attitude. As discussing the vehicle she was chewing gum loudly..... disrespectful and very unprofessional. Buyers be weary for a terrible service and i would not buy from this dealership.

M.I.K Autos offered up some of the greatest cars currently up for sale in New Zealand. The helpful and polite staff know their stuff and ensure total ease-of-purchase from start to finish. I could not be happier with my purchase and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone on the look out for, or thinking about their next automotive purchase.

Dodgy dodgy dodgy. They don’t care about you but rather the sale. Do your research before buying from this dealer. Why does new owners have so many fixes when they have purchased a new car from them? Say no more. Stay clear and look elsewhere. I’m pretty sure the other comments that speaks of excellent service are fake to inflate their rating. If they are truely that great I wouldn’t leave this comment. Best of luck.

First of all Ali the salesman was good to deal with, it was everyone else that was the problem. While out on the test drive I received a call from a lady who did not introduce herself. She told me I was not allowed to take the car for so long, which was interesting because the salesman said I could take it as long as I wanted. After being out for about 30 minutes I asked to speak to the salesman as I wanted to confirm how long we could take the car for, he confirmed that I could take it for as long as I like. However in between these two conversations I was put on hold for a few minutes then abused by the manager for apparently breaking their company policy? When I arrived back I informed them of a few minor faults with the car I would like fix and made an offer which was declined (fair enough). However the counter offer they provided was higher than the list price of the car and I was informed I had to purchase a warranty with the car. I said I do not want a warranty as it is covered by the CGA, then proceeded to advise I had to have a warranty. I declined and walked away. I would never deal with them again and I feel I have dodged a bullet so to speak.
