Worst customer service ever. Staff doesn't know how to talk to customers. Staff name adn or Adam that's what I heard as Staff was rude. Asked for pizzas didn't recommend Anything just said check online while I was talking he hang up the phone. ?

More base than toppings. Paid $6.99 for large pan Hawaiian. Spare the amount of the tomato base, mozzarella, ham and pineapple. Won't go here again. I'm going to Domino's instead. What a dumb shop.

Pizza Hut Papatoetoe
Very poor customer service and they don't know how to treat customer. I spotted a hair on the pizza when I went home, came back and complain about it the man started yelling on me instead of apologizing like it was my fault, then after removing the hair they put pizza in the warmer but my concern was, what if they sale that filthy pizza on some one else then I demand it to bin it and then they finally did it.

Excited to try Greek Style Chicken with Minted Sauce, but they forgot the sauce topping (see pic). Italian Lovers Pizza, they also forgot to add garlic sprinkles. Still edible but when a pizza has all the toppings that its supposed to, its tastier. Nice crispy tenders though.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to in New Zealand. Two times I was let down and decided to never go back. First time I ordered my food. Worker said 15 minutes. I checked in 15 minutes order still wasn’t finished I gave them a bit longer to finish my order. Checked again still wasn’t done. 1 hour & 15 minutes later my order was done. And I was furious. A few weeks later I had given them another chance thinking maybe if I order online my food will be done faster. When you order online it gives you a time that your food will be done. I arrived on time only to my surprise that my food was not done and I had to wait a whole extra 45 minutes for my food to be done. Not to mention sometimes people are queuing up waiting for their order to be taken some workers will be doing nothing and just stare and look away. Very bad customer service. I have witnessed other customers having to wait a very long time for their orders too & whom are also very angry. I am very disappointed.

Wouldn't recommend. Ordered a pizza itwas uncooked. The base was completelyraw. So much grease at the top. This is ahealth and safety risk. I've attachedphotos, bad customer service as well.Save your money and go somewhereelse local atleast they won't feed you raw food.

I usually order online. One time the driver forgot 1 of my things, but it was near closing time so couldn't do anything. Obviously I had a little fit in my head. But I was more impressed that he stuck to his word and delivered the missing item the next day LOL

When the pizza arrived it seem be good looking at the box and temperature, but when I opened the box pizza was all jumbled like pizza was put upside down,the meat lovers had too much bbq sauce couldn't taste the pizza

Pizza Hut Papatoetoe
I am a regular customer at the Papatoetoe branch. The pizza's are quite decent and priced well. Unfortunately I had a small issue with my order, I conveyed this feedback online. I received a call back the very next day with an apology and was really impressed on how the owner/manager went above and beyond to handle the situation. It's experiences like this that make you feel like a valued customer. Thanks mate!
