My husband and I enjoy our visit to Specsavers for our eye health check. Great staff; they explain in lay persons terms, all about the eye check and services available for updating our glasses. The store is well presented and has a great selection of frames.Keep up the good work staff at Mt Maunganui

Great place to visit. Optometrist extremely helpful answering the 100 questions which you can sometimes be too afraid to ask. Learnt a lot. Staff helping select frames went above and beyond..20 mins into scheduled home time when bingo we found the frames that worked. Awesome professional service.

My partner and I had a bad experience. We went because we knew it had a free contact lens trial and were told it was completely free. We were told that we needed to pay $60 per person for an eye test after asking the staff members, including the optometrist, if this eye test was also free. Staff services were excellent, but staff communication is appallingly bad, and I am expecting satisfactory responses.
