Brilliant service. The lady on the phone was very helpful.They arrived on time & provided an excellent service. This is our first house with a fireplace so the gentleman who came was kind enough to give us a run down on the state of the fire place etcWe've been set up for the annual reminder which is very helpful.And the price was very reasonable. Cannot fault a thing.

Excellent service - reasonable price and went out of their way to squeeze us in at the end of the day on short notice, which was so appreciated. The lady on the phone has a lovely manner and was so kind and understanding, and the man who did the cleaning was very nice and noticed that we had a missing part and has given us the reference to get a replacement. Thank you so much !!!

Brilliant service Team and thanks so much for prioritising the chimney clean and unexpected installation of a new pot after the cyclone took my chimney pot away.
