This Mobil always says the app is not working and doesn't want to honour the Smiles Discount. Today I had to fight for him to give me 10cents off petrol. Got it in the end, but he is so rude.

Maybe they had an off day when I visited. I couldn't use my mobile app for my discount as the scanner was down. No sign out the front to say this either. Didn't give me the full discount and offered me a dollar, then said there was nothing he could do.

Zero service. After I fueling my car came into that shop, the staff was keeping speaking on his phone in India language. No talk to me anything and the eftpos show me the price. So rude. Need learn more how to serve customers

Guy who was on tonight was absolutely rude, I came in 9:43 to buy a drink and he told me to hurry up or get out as they close at 10... plenty of time left especially as someone who has worked at a non 24 hour gas station this is extremely rude for 15 minutes minimum left of operation.

Just a friendly warning. As off 17.08.2021 Pump #2 is out of order, stops pumping shortly after it starts. When I told this to the cashier, he started arguing with me without checking the pump. Hiren the cashier was rude and wasn't willing to help and investigate the issue. I didn't have time to argue so we had to leave. Poor training perhaps.

Stopped by today to top up on petrol and grab a drink around 2pm. Cashier was incredibly rude ... like I honestly couldn't believe how rude he was.... Also did not ask me for my smiles card and was angry when I asked to use it to get the discount. After sorting my smiles card and bill out he scowled at me and said we're done here" and gestured for me to leave. Recommend literally any other petrol station if you don't want to be treated like trash."
