Bunnings New Lynn is a fantastic hardware store that offers a wide range of products and services for both DIY enthusiasts and professionals. I've visited this store several times and have always been impressed with the quality of their products and the helpfulness of their staff.The store is very spacious and well-organized, making it easy to find what you need quickly. The product range is extensive and includes everything from power tools to garden equipment to building supplies. The store also has a great outdoor section, which has a wide range of plants and outdoor furniture.The staff at Bunnings New Lynn are knowledgeable and friendly, and always willing to offer advice or assistance. The customer service is excellent, and I've never had a problem finding someone to help me when I needed it.

Super huge all in one hardware store.One of the most biggest store in Auckland.Very helpful staff.Well organised.Easy to find things.

Friendly, capable staff to direct you around the huge range of hardware, garden and building supplies. Have availed myself several times of the free paint tinting and the colors have been spot on every time. Reasonably priced Cafe and activities for the kids. Well behaved dogs welcomed too. Makes for a pleasant shopping experience for the family.

I have been to the store yesterday to get the battery replaced for Garage's remote. Can not thank you enough Ravinder who went above and beyond and assisted me. I wasn't able to find the correct screwdriver to open up the remote to check the type of battery I needed. He not only assisted me finding the correct screw driver also got the right battery for me and replaced it then and there. He showed a great example of excellent customer service. This level of service should be recognized and appreciated.

Very bad experience, there’s one experienced staff were very unfriendly, using my company account for a cash sale, this lady just refuses me to purchase anything with the account, saying it was banned couple years back… doesn’t make any sense to me, told me to go to another cashier she’s cannot serve me if I want to use my own company cash sale account, so I went to the next person and everything went smooth, ended up getting stuff I came for just wasted my time and felt really strange..

Friendly staff, availability of all home requirements, hardware,gardening tools, equipment,indoor outdoor home appliances and many more house and home requirements,easy access location and plenty of secured sheltered parking provision.

Very friendly staff members, attentive, and knowledgeable. Lots of DIY and building stuffs on stock with reasonable price. Also have sausage sizzle on weekends, and occasionally have other fund raising activities too. Parking spaces are plenty and covered too. Entrance is through Titirangi Rd, as well as Great North Road. If you want to buy trade, timbers, and big-size building materials it's better though the Great North Road entry.
