Her hands are weapons of mass reconstruction. I originally saw Kaz because her practice was in my work building. I will continue to travel to see her no matter where I work.She has helped me with my lengthy recovery from a shoulder injury and some exceptionally tight hip flexors - to the point where they felt like the road to recovery had been a turn I had missed. With treatment from Kaz, my osteo and a great rehab programme I now have an amazing range of moment. Never underestimate the power of experienced hands!Kaz has a great studio, and wealth of knowledge and experience. She is a wonderful person and I feel very lucky to have found her and her boss-bitch hands!

Kaz at Elite Muscle Therapy has changed my life - she is amazing!!! Kaz has helped me so much with my chronic pain, reducing my sciatica, cramping and spasming, and just generally soothing my body. I try to go every 2-3 weeks, and my body definitely lets me know if it has been a bit long between appointments. I have had chronic pain for almost 10 years and tried almost everything. Massage from Kaz has given me more relief than anything else I have tried - this is a true health treatment, not a relaxation massage. Kaz is incredibly skilled and often works on muscles that I don't even know exist - this can be painful but it is SO worth it because for me, one hour of targeted pain means two weeks of reduced general pain!Kaz, Thank you! The Quality of massage i get from Kaz at Elite Muscle Therapy is second to none!She is the most knowledgeable and professional sports massage therapist i have ever dealt with.She has been able to push my limits with regards to deep tissue and trigger point massage, which has led to amazing results.I'm a tall guy (6 foot 5 inches) and i work very hard. Since i have been going to Kaz, i have noticed far less back pain and an improved ability to lift and carry. Kaz always reminds me of correct technique, and if i ever have a niggle of pain, she gets me to come in and will assess me.Most recently I had an injury to my knee from a 6 hour tramp, and could barely bend or put weight on that leg. Two intense massages over a three day period, and i was back to normal!Always very very pleased with your work Kaz!!

Would super recommend Kaz to everyone. I've been to a quite a few massage therapists over the years, and Kaz has been one of the only ones to really help and treat the pain in my neck, shoulders and jaw. Also, so in love with the dry needling!

Kaz has fixed me up countless of times! Whether you are an athlete or extreme hobbyist like me, you need someone like Kaz to have your back (sometimes literally!) so you can do the things you love to your fullest potential. Kaz has a wealth of knowledge and experience in muscle therapy, dry needling, etc., plus she is the friendliest and warmest therapist out there. She looks at the holistic picture, not only the area that gives you pain. I frequently recommend her to all my friends and family because I know she will help them. I highly recommend Kaz! I have been struggling with back and shoulder pain for years. I have been to see different massage therapists and physios but nothing has ever worked. One session with Kaz and I already feel amazing. The pain relief was instant. After the massage, I got up and stretched and expected to still feel the strain/pain, but there was nothing. Will definitely be back.

Kaz is amazing. I went as part of rehab for a dire shoulder/elbow/wrist injury and after her first session, involving some brutal deep muscle work, I first experienced the complete inability to move my arm, but it was worth it as that evening I was able to lift my arm over my head for the first time in nearly a year! Kaz has contributed significantly to my rehab and health. It's been a delight to send many of my friends to Kaz who in turn have all become regular clients and enthusiasts. She's skilled, knowledgeable, and able to customise your treatment to what you need. And as well she's cheerful, funny, kind, and great to talk to. The whole package, you won't regret it.

Kaz is extremely professional and one of the best therapists I've ever been to. Her treatment saw me through an intense period of training and helped me to complete my first ultra marathon while managing an ongoing knee issue.
