I put an online order through for a 2kg bag of dry food and also requested x2 samples of other options as I have a very fussy puppy, so just wanted to see how things go. Northland PetFood Team sent me more sample options than I requested, it'll be great to be able to try them all out before making a decision. Plus, the delivery was extremely fast. Can't recommend them enough, pretty happy with the customer service team who didn't need to change a word with me in order to make me happy! Well done, team.

We took our GSD to the vet because her arthritis was getting bad, the vet recommended us pills and to change her food…after seeing no improvement whatsoever we went and spoke with Luanne about her situation. She recommended us to give her a joint supplement, plus Natura food. After too weeks our dog had lost the extra pounds she had and she wasn’t limping anymore. Her coat is looking shinier and she has her old energy back! We couldn’t be more grateful at Luanne and her team, they have excellent service, lots of knowledge and their products are of high quality.
