Staff very efficient and helpful, would recommend Dr. Graham Macdonald as a GP- a very thorough and caring doctor.

The staff are amazing. The waiting area is adequate. We are all looking forward to the new facility which is still a longway off.

the plumpy receptionist is by far the rudest person i have ever met, i know many people who think the same but don't change because they are local and the closest place other than this is miles away. she answers the phone every-time in the rudest voice, is never polite and clearly hates her job and her life. how many people need to complain about the woman before she is moved on to something she would be better at like a before picture for an anti depressant. i am shocked the practice manager allows her disgusting behaviour and attitude to be allowed in such an affluent area .

Good Doctors to go to very efficient

If I could rate this zero stars I would. So much for being kind in a pandemic. I booked in online not knowing I wouldn’t be able to register at the medical centre (which by the way you can do in other cities). I was told in the rudest way possible that I actually hadn’t managed to book an appointment as they didn’t have me in the system, and they weren’t taking on new patients. No one phoned or emailed to tell me this! Anyway, probably for the best as if you are already feeling vulnerable, coming across their receptionist isn’t what you need. The whole situation bought me to tears as I was left feeling helpless and obviously still extremely unwell.
