Great experience dealing with Yuriy on a wedding ring!

Was sold a watch that did not work properly. Several weeks after returning the watch to be fixed, noone was able to tell me the whereabouts of status of watch. No communication through out, even after calling myself several times, I was told I would be called back which never happened. After finally getting the watch back, it still did not work, another 3 weeks with no communication, I finally received a replacement watch. Unfortunately this watch also did not work. I was then refused a refund, it was not until several unhelpful phone calls later, I finally managed to get far enough up the JPl chain and managed to argue my way into a refund (for a product I was sold that did not do what it was said to do). Staff at the store were very unhelpful and slow, not to mention the after sale service was horrendous. I could not recommend highly enough that noone wastes their time or money at this store.

Purchased a seiko presage, absolutely love it! Great watch, great service.

Went in to look for a bracelet and they made me take my hat off to look at the jewellery also wanted to see my ID. Never had this problem at any other store. Made me feel very uncomfortable and also felt like they were judging on the way I looked. So I just left very disappointing not a way to make a sale

Fantastic service today from both Rose and I think Daniel?? So much so we ended up purchasing 2 watches, wallets a bit lighter for it but the service was absolutely brilliant. Would recommend shopping here.

Levi at this Stewart Dawsons store in the meridian is an absolute legend and helped me greatly in securing one of the few Tissot PRX Powermatics in the country. Over multiple months he had prompt communication and refreshingly nice service. Would highly recommend him for your next watch/jewelry purchase.

Don't use. Resized my ring wrong. Tried to act like saints because I wouldn't have to pay for resize. Then tried to make out like big size could still fit. Will never use again.
