I had a lovely experience at Classique with Shannen.Shannen was able to book me in last minute to remove and re-do a disaster set of gel nails I had done the previous day by a different company.Unfortunately, I do not have a photo to share yet, but she did a fantastic job of reshaping my nails and creating a ombre effect for my wedding. I was so happy with my nails and extremely glad she was able to fix them for my big day.Classique has an amazing range of colours and shades in their gel polishes and the work space is very friendly, relaxed and chic.I highly recommend Classique for gel nails!

Beautifully decorated salon - felt taken care of from the moment I walked in. Friendly, professional and a nice pedicure. I was offered coffee and had a nice chat with the lovely, knowledgeable owner. 50% off treatments with Summer for the month of June, 2021. Will definitely be back!

I booked two treatments online (pedicure + add on callus treatment). They text me advising the add on treatment wasn’t available anymore and my only option was to pay more for the treatment. No apology or offer to honour the booking so was disappointing.Edit: I declined both treatments they offered as they weren't honouring my confirmed booking. They only offered me a more expensive service.

The expertise from the entire staff at Classique is beyond all comparison to any other beauty therapy salon in the Nelson/Tasman region. For instance, as just one example, the photo below is of my gel nails after SIX WEEKS traveling in Europe. Don't bother trying ANY other salon: I already did that when I first moved to the area so I'll save you tons of time and disappointment........

For a number of years I have been having my nails done at Classique every three weeks with firstly Shannon and for the last year Heather after numerous bad experiences at other nail salons in Richmond. I could not recommend Heather and her team more she is an amazing nail technician and an incredible business woman. She has completed French Gels for me and they have been absolutely brilliant! If there was a star rating higher than 5 than that's what I would give. If you are looking for high quality strong nails than do not hesitate booking in with Heather.

I had a voucher for this Spa, given to me by a friend, and when I finally had the space and time to go, I discovered that the voucher was only valid for 6 months and that it had just expired. I called to ask whether they would still honour it, after all the money had been paid and I was just a few weeks over the expiry, but they said no. The lady became very rude, saying that she was well within the NZ law and that everyone does it. This has not been my experience, most businesses will put their clients first. And while she might be within her right, she is certainly not operating the business in a friendly and professional manner" that they apparently pride themselves in (according to their website).
