a lawyer wanted to take me to court for defamation ( so that she could get a take down order from google to conceal corruption ) but the problem was that I was speaking the truth the law society helped out by producing false documents .Now that they have been caught out they are refusing to communicate with me the law society is complicit in fraud that saw a $100,000 cost award against me .

The Law Society used the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act Section 151 (1) to ignore clients evidence,Ignoring the evidence they provided resulted in two Law firm Directors walking away un investigated.The Act is under review and submissions would be welcome to stop this happening to other unfortunate victims.In the interest of transparency I have posted correspondence between us including an email to the LS president.

I lodged a complaint against a Lawyer The Lawyer dishonestly refused to answer any of the issues I raised.THE Law Society (Standards Committee Central file 22449) used the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 section 151(1) to get him off.They cleared him of all charges, my evidence was not necessary.What is the point having a Complaint service when it is up to the Law Society whether they accept evidence or not.Because the decision was dishonest they made it clear I was not to broadcast it to anyone.

It is good the Law Society President has resigned.She was aware of the McClunie/Sasha fraud complaint and did nothing.She got the Complaints manager to argue that it was the LawSociety Standards Committees that were breaking the rules and nothing to do with her.I hope the new President will do the right thing by upholding the law and protecting the public..
