A shocking medical organization. 6 different doctors in 5yrs. The doctors must be using this organization as a revolving door. The receptionist couldn't even use a pc and kept telling me that it's broken, she keeps complaining to the organization that it's broken but they won't fix it. Avoid them if you can

The Pinnacle-provided admin and contact centre service for our local GP are absolutely the worst I've ever found anywhere.Promises are never delivered, agreements not kept, formal complaints simply ignored. Urgent scripts get lost. Staff lie blatantly. Even the pharmacists and GPs who deal with them tell me they wish that Pinnacle had never become involved in their businesses.I would give them zero stars, but google allows only one as a minimum.Experience: 7 years exclusively as a frontline CSR, 20+ years dealing with companies that need to work on improving their training or processes, and about 11 years with the same GP. The clinic was fine until Pinnacle got involved about two years ago.Oh, and for anyone who thinks this review is a bit harsh: I tried to support them to improve. The Clinical Manager who is apparently supposed to deal with formal complaints only ignored me, and never replied to any of my attempts at communication.

Meh - nothing great here.

Very friendly front desk people. We are transferring to there so are looking forward to our time with them.
