Ko1 Cafe
Called in late in the day, so they didn’t have much left. Tried a couple of things I wouldn’t normally go for in a sushi cafe because of this, boy did it pay off. The pork bun was one of the best I’ve ever had. Also got the chicken katsu curry, only $10 and was really tasty. Will be back for sure. Ladies behind the counter were super nice.

Very friendly was so happy to make me vegan sushi. Decent price too. Only problem is there was no gluten free soy sauce.

I wandered in here as an afterthought but it will now be my go to. The woman working was so kind and it is the best sushi +rice ball I've had in Christchurch.

I got the vegetarian sushi and it was very bland (just avacado a piece of cucumber and old lettuce) coupled with some old over cooked rice. Now considering i went at 10am when they opened youd expect all tbe ingredients to be fresh and new not yesterdays left overs

Visited on Saturday for the 1st time and it will be the lastSushi rice and chicken was dry, rice was undercooked and not sticking together as it should be and loosely rolled.If I didn't have to give the food even 1 star I wouldn't. If you are going to sell sushi then at least sell it fresh and make it properly. And I have no idea how you get away with the refrigeration you have under the council FCP plan....its just ridiculous!!Up side of my visit I was asked for my vacc passport and the employee was friendly, shame the food is letting you down.
